Terms of Use
Clear terms for your training companion.
Last updated: October 18, 2026. These terms apply to RepCalc, provided by Nikos Galinos under IT Works On My Mac. RepCalc is currently in development and is coming to the App Store. The product page and development changelog are not a promise of a release date.
License
RepCalc is licensed, not sold. Unless a custom license is presented with the app, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) governs the app license together with applicable App Store rules. You may use RepCalc on compatible Apple devices you own or control, subject to those terms.
RepCalc’s software, original design, text, and branding belong to their respective owners or licensors. Third-party software, media, and trademarks remain subject to their own licenses. These terms do not grant ownership of the app or third-party material.
Free access
RepCalc is 100% free. It has no advertising, paywalls, premium feature tier, or subscriptions. A RepCalc account is not required for workout logging. Your device, connectivity, iCloud storage, and other third-party services may have their own costs or limits; those are separate from RepCalc.
Your information and responsibilities
You are responsible for the workouts and other information you enter, import, export, or share. Review imported records and keep your own backups where appropriate. Use the app lawfully and do not interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, or share material you do not have the right to use. Restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
The Privacy Policy explains local storage, optional iCloud synchronization, Apple Health permissions, planning, and sharing.
Fitness information and generated plans
RepCalc is a personal workout tracker. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, individualized clinical recommendations, or a substitute for a qualified fitness professional. Templates, generated plans, exercise information, progress calculations, estimated energy, and estimated strength values are informational and can be incomplete or inaccurate.
Choose exercises and loads suitable for your experience and circumstances. Review any plan before training, use appropriate technique, and seek qualified guidance when needed, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, or concerns about exercise. Stop exercising if you experience concerning symptoms and seek appropriate medical help.
Apple services and device requirements
Some features depend on compatible hardware, operating system versions, permissions, region, network connectivity, or Apple services. This includes iCloud, Apple Health, Live Activities, notifications, alarms, Foundation Models, and optional Private Cloud Compute. Apple’s terms and privacy practices apply to its services. RepCalc is not endorsed by Apple.
Local workout logging works without a network connection. Synchronization and cloud-assisted planning require connectivity. Live Activities and rest alerts can be affected by system settings or interruptions; do not rely on them for safety-critical timing.
Pre-release changes and availability
Pre-release screenshots show demonstration data and may differ from the final app. The mock development timeline illustrates milestones and is not a verified history of public App Store releases. Features may be refined, changed, or removed during development.
The app and its services may be updated or become temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfectly accurate calculations, or successful synchronization in every situation.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RepCalc is provided “as is” and “as available.” To that same extent, its provider disclaims warranties not required by law and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Apple’s Standard EULA contains additional provisions governing the app license.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as RepCalc evolves. The date above will be revised, and additional notice or consent will be provided when legally required. Mandatory local consumer protections continue to apply.
